  4. Unclear harmful anti-pattern/critical period when high likely developers feel heavier stress than usual within development process

🌱Ideal way to be

  1. According to the personality trait, and recent behavior from activity, suggested communication type(face to face, chat, mail, blog to read etc) will be given
  2. Task statuses are clearly shared, noticeable by team leader if there are anyone who is stacking on a same issue for a certain period of time
  3. Everybody pays attention on caring about others feeling, think it as must to do
  4. Provide assists/tips in advance for a specific task/period when helps are needed

🌱To fill the gap what is missing

  1. Analysis of the correlation between personality traits and preferred communication type, mechanism to detect additional character diagnose by observing recent activity

→ find a model to let the system to suggest suitable community types according to each developer

Goal: plot pie chart which contains several communication types with percentage to be clear about preferences' ordering
