- Missing the measurements/proofs on importance of maintenance of sentiments for obtaining high productivity
- Unclear harmful anti-pattern/critical period when high likely developers feel heavier stress than usual within development process
🌱Ideal way to be
- According to the personality trait, and recent behavior from activity, suggested communication type(face to face, chat, mail, blog to read etc) will be given
- Task statuses are clearly shared, noticeable by team leader if there are anyone who is stacking on a same issue for a certain period of time
- Everybody pays attention on caring about others feeling, think it as must to do
- Provide assists/tips in advance for a specific task/period when helps are needed
🌱To fill the gap what is missing
- Analysis of the correlation between personality traits and preferred communication type, mechanism to detect additional character diagnose by observing recent activity
- Big five will be given by questionnaire
- additional diagnose of preference of communication type will be guessed by observing their dairy communication with their colleagues
→ find a model to let the system to suggest suitable community types according to each developer
Goal: plot pie chart which contains several communication types with percentage to be clear about preferences' ordering
